The nurse-led Florida Atlantic University Northwest Community Health Alliance (FAU/NCHA) Community Health Center provides vital health care services at two locations in West Palm Beach. The Center is the first university center in Florida to be designated by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as a "Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike." The Louis and Anne Green Memory & Wellness Center (MWC), located on FAU’s Boca Raton campus, is a state-designated memory disorder clinic with specialized Alzheimer’s services and adult day care program. The Center is expanding to FAU’s Davie campus to provide state-of-the art diagnostic evaluations, and early and ongoing support for family caregivers.

Access and Support
The FAU/NCHA Community Health Center and the Louis and Anne Green Memory & Wellness Center are addressing health inequities for families living in diverse and underserved communities who otherwise could not access quality care and support. Florida Atlantic University Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing faculty and students serve individuals at both facilities through innovative programs that reflect best practices, research and education. Health care services are rooted in the college's dedication to caring; advancing the science, studying the meaning, practicing the art, and living caring day-to-day.
